Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Technician, Operation (M&E, Construction, Chiller, ACMV, HVAC, MNC) to join our on-site team. The role requires handling on-site standby incidents, performing routine checks and hands-on repair work for chiller and ACMV systems.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of relevant experience, a Nitec or Diploma in engineering, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work shifts/overtime is required to support operations and service quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in chiller, ACMV or HVAC with on-site duties.
• Nitec or Diploma in a related engineering field.
• Experience liaising with third-party service providers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to support shift work/overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• On-site standby for immediate incident response.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report faults.
• Perform repair work and hands-on tasks.
• Monitor chiller plant performance and assist in optimization.
• Document service reports for S&M and address customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• On-site standby for immediate response to incidents.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report faulty items to the Engineer.
• Repair work, actively participating in hands-on tasks.
• Monitor chiller plant performance, assisting the Engineer in optimization efforts.
• Ensure proper documentation of Service Reports for periodic S&M and address customer complaints.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience or above in Chiller, ACMV, HVAC. On-site stationed.
• Nitec or Diploma in related engineering filed.
• Experience in liaising with third-party service deliverers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to support shift work/ overtime if needed.
