  • Ensure Peak Performance:Operate, calibrate, and fine-tune production equipment for reliable, high-quality output.

  • Prevent Problems:Conduct proactive maintenance to spot and resolve potential issues before they cause downtime.

  • Own the Solution:Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems with precision.

  • Champion a Safe Workplace:Set up, test, and maintain all safety systems to protect your fellow team members.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement:Keep accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation to help us work smarter.

  • Share Your Knowledge:Empower operators by sharing technical insights for safe and confident equipment use.

What We\'re Looking For
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performing precise mechanical adjustments.

  • Experience with PLC-controlled systems or electrical repair is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.

Your Schedule & Benefits

We offer structured shifts with flexibility to support work-life balance:

  • Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM

  • Choose a schedule that works for you: 4, 5, or 6 working days per week.

  • Daily provision of 1 meal break and 2 tea breaks.
