Job summary

CIELO TALENT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians in Singapore.

You will oversee maintenance of manufacturing equipment, perform hands-on troubleshooting, and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to resolve issues. The role requires a strong electrical background, proficiency with PLCs, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Significant experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical background with major expertise in electrical systems and PLCs.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, PLC logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting CNC and manual manufacturing machines.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose mechanical faults.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with PLC brands or manufacturing software is an advantage.
• Certification related to electrical and mechanical maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities
