Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Singapore to ensure safety standards are met for equipment and facilities. You will plan preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document activities in SAP, coordinating across production and warehouse areas.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience with hands-on maintenance and repairs. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment, machinery, and building facilities meet required safety standards.
• Plan, perform, and document preventive maintenance according to SOPs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out repairs to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
• Record maintenance and repair activities in SAP.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for equipment and machinery across the production and warehouse areas.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all maintenance work and monitor maintenance costs.
• Source and coordinate the purchase of maintenance spare parts.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with ISO standards and safety requirements.
• Oversee the proper maintenance and safety of warehouse equipment.
• Assist the Production Supervisor with product testing when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics/Electromechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and equipment maintenance.

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and basic PLC controls will be an advantage.
