Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to safeguard equipment reliability and factory facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, document procedures, and support production with testing when required.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance work on shop floor and warehouse areas, entering SAP maintenance transactions, and sourcing spare parts while adhering to ISO standards and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance.
• Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motor and basic PLC control is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with safety standards.
• Set up, document and perform preventive maintenance per SOPs.
• Supervise preventive maintenance and minimize breakdowns.
• Enter SAP maintenance transactions for repairs.
• Supervise teams on production shop floor & warehousing for service and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain records and control maintenance costs.
• Source for maintenance spare parts.
• Adhere to ISO standards for all works.
• Ensure warehouse equipment maintenance and safety.
• Assist production supervisor with product testing when needed.

Job description

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location : Gul Way

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + VB

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm / 4343 (12 hrs) shift

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equipment/machineries and building facilities are to comply with safety standards.

• Set up, document and carry out preventive maintenance in accordance to standard operating procedures.

• Supervise and perform regular preventive maintenance and take actions to minimize breakdowns.

• Enter SAP Maintenance transactions for repairs.

• Supervise and oversee teams in each area of Production shop floor & warehousing on service and maintenance of all equipment / machines in use in their area.

• Carry out all maintenance tasks with proper records and to control maintenance costs.

• Source for maintenance spare parts.

• Adhere to ISO standards for all works carried out.

• Ensure proper warehouse equipment maintenance and all aspects of warehouse safety.

• Assist production supervisor to carry out product testing when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.

• Able to troubleshoot, repair and have hands on maintenance work experience.

• Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motor and basic PLC control will be added advantage

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
