Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance-focused technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment within the company premises. You will diagnose issues, replace parts, and maintain detailed records of work and parts usage.

The role requires hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools, with a preference for those familiar with cleanroom environments. Strong teamwork and a proactive attitude are essential, and training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder, preferably in engineering.
• Experience with machine operations/maintenance in a cleanroom environment is advantageous.
• Hands-on with hand tools, power tools and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Regular preventive maintenance of all equipment in the premises, including checks, cleaning, verification of functions, lubrication of moving parts.
• Troubleshooting with manuals to identify root causes and perform repairs and part replacements.
• Documentation of tasks, parts usage and inspection results.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health standards.
• Follow operating procedures and workflows.
• Aim to optimize and improve procedures and workflows wherever possible.

Up to $3,100 Basic Salary + $150 Commuting Allowance + $400 Commitment Allowance + AWS + VB

Job Description

• Responsible for regular preventive maintenance of all equipment in The Company's premises, including regular equipment checks, regular cleaning, verification of equipment functions, change of consumable parts and lubrication of moving parts.
• Troubleshooting with help from technical manuals to identify root causes of equipment failure and perform repairs and part replacements.
• Documentation of tasks, parts usage and equipment inspection results.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health standards.
• Follow operating procedures and work flows.
• Optimise and improve procedures and work flows, wherever possible.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma holder, preferably in engineering field.
• For experienced candidates, familiarity with machine operations/ maintenance in a cleanroom environment will be advantageous.
• Hands-on and skilled with hand tools, power tools and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pro-active attitude with positive mindset.
• Machine training will be provided.
