Job summary

Prime World (PVT) LTD is looking for Maintenance Engineers/Supervisors/Technicians for overseas opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia. Candidates should have CNC machine maintenance experience and be able to troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly.

Qualified applicants will have ITI/Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics and at least 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR / TECHNICIAN

Role Summary

We are hiring skilled Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians for overseas opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia. Candidates should have experience in CNC machine maintenance, hydraulic systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and industrial equipment servicing to ensure smooth production operations and minimize machine downtime.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Machine Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot CNC turning, milling, VMC, and machining centre equipment.
• Diagnose faults in CNC controllers, servo motors, drives, and machine components.
• Inspect and maintain spindle assemblies, ball screws, guideways, and lubrication systems.
• Identify machine alarms and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.

Hydraulic System Maintenance

• Maintain hydraulic machines, power packs, pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• Diagnose hydraulic pressure problems, oil leakage, and system failures.
• Inspect hydraulic hoses, seals, filters, and pressure control components.
• Perform hydraulic oil checks, replacement, and preventive servicing.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic clamping systems and machine operating issues.

Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

• Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, sensors, switches, and control circuits.
• Inspect mechanical components, bearings, couplings, gearboxes, and drive systems.
• Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support electrical and mechanical repairs to restore machine functionality.

Preventive Maintenance & Safety

• Execute scheduled maintenance and machine inspection plans.
• Maintain breakdown records, service reports, and maintenance checklists.
• Coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in CNC and/or hydraulic machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose machine faults and perform preventive maintenance.
• Experience in CNC machine tools, hydraulic presses, or industrial machinery is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
