Job summary

RECRUITFIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled electrical maintenance professional to oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of a District Cooling Plant, located in Marina Bay.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on MV/LV systems, supervise technicians, and support safety audits including ISO 37001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. This is a 1-year contract with up to SGD 4,500 monthly plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills in electrical systems.
• Experience supervising technicians and contractors.
• Familiarity with PTW, RA and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of the District Cooling Plant (DCP) in accordance with procedures and quality requirements.
• Carry out preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on MV/LV switchgear, transformers, VSDs, generators, UPS, DC chargers and related equipment.
• Support engineers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, inspections and condition monitoring for optimal plant performance.
• Plan and execute routine and non-routine maintenance respecting safety and schedules.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining management systems (ISO 37001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and support audits.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to technicians.
