Job summary

Prima Group Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation of milling equipment and facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and conduct root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.

You will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements while maintaining thorough maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls.
