Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Data Analyst to support a Transportation Industry client in the West, with company transportation provided to the successful candidate.

The role focuses on maintenance data analytics, inventory and spare parts analysis, and AI-driven knowledge management to improve efficiency, reliability and forecasting across maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI solutions or digital transformation.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, facilities management or maintenance operations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from maintenance alert systems to identify performance trends, anomalies and potential root causes.
• Evaluate large datasets to generate actionable insights for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and analyse data related to the receiving and issuance of maintenance spare parts.
• Track spare parts usage and forecast future requirements based on planned maintenance schedules.
• Consolidate monthly inventory reports and provide insights on stock levels for management review.
• Utilise AI and data analytics tools to correlate maintenance activities with inventory levels and improve demand forecasting.
• Support the development and implementation of AI-driven maintenance work processes.
• Assist in developing AI-enabled maintenance knowledge management systems to improve accessibility and utilisation of technical information.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Data & Analytics

• Analyse data from maintenance alert systems to identify performance trends, anomalies and potential root causes.
