114 Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven sales coordinator to support fast-growing placements. You will handle enquiries, conduct interviews, arrange appointments and match candidates to employers, driving end-to-end placement processes.

The role requires strong communication, admin skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will maintain records, coordinate MOM documentation and provide after-sales support in a busy agency environment.

Qualifications

• CEI (Basic) – compulsory.
• Good communication & customer service skills.
• Strong coordination and admin skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries (walk-in & online).
• Conduct helper interviews and prepare biodata.
• Arrange employer-helper interviews.
• Match suitable candidates to employers.
• Manage full placement process (sales to deployment).
• Handle MOM WP Online transactions & documentation.
• Coordinate MOM appointments.
• Provide after-sales support.
• Maintain proper records (Excel & Word).
