Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in metal machining or relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Production team and all departments in manufacturing activities.
• Set-up and operate CNC Machines including CNC Lathe, Turning & Milling.
• Ensure process routing and production records are filled up accurately.
• Perform material handling safely when necessary.
• Update the Production Supervisor and Machining Shop Manager.
• Support the generation of CNC programs as needed.
• Take care of issued tooling accessories and items.

Responsibilities

• Set-ups and operates CNC Machines which includes CNC Lathe, Turning & Milling.
• Ensure process routing and related production records are duly filled up, signed and scan in and out accordingly.
• Perform material handling safely whenever necessary.
• Constantly update the Production Supervisor, Machining Shop Manager and Production Engineer.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Machining Shop Manager to generate CNC program whenever necessary.
• Take care of all issued tooling accessories, inserts and items
