JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to interpret drawings and produce parts to drawing specifications.

The role involves operating and setting up machines, and performing lightweight G-code programming on Heidenhain controls. You will guide operators, troubleshoot dimensional non-conformances, participate in failure analysis, and contribute to continuous improvements. Diploma in Precision Machining or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience are

Formación

• Must have experience interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC machining and shop floor practices.
• Ability to guide and instruct operators in machine operation.
• Proven track record in achieving conformance to drawing specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret technical drawings and machine requirements to produce parts.
• Perform simple G-code/M-code programming for CNC machines.
• Set up and operate machines to produce parts per drawing specs.
• Guide and train operators on proper machine operation.
• Troubleshoot dimensional non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in failure analysis and propose preventive actions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About Company:

Our client is a leading precision engineering and solutions provider in Singapore.

Job Description:

• To interpret technical drawing and perform machining process and requirement to produce the work piece
• Perform simple machine code programming with G code / M code
• To operate, set up parts and produce parts as per drawing specification
• Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines
• To be responsible of all production mechanical related product matter and troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance and provide corrective actions and remedy
• Participate in failure analysis, recommend appropriate correctively/preventive technical action (if any)
• To perform other similar or related duties as directed by superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Experience in CNC Heidenhain controller is mandatory
• Diploma in Precision Machining, ITE or related discipline
• Min 3 years in relevant experience in related field
• Able to interpret technical drawings and with machining knowledge

Compensation:

• Working location: Buroh
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:30), and Saturday (08:30 - 12:30)
