Job summary

RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to perform PMs, calibrations, conversions, and routine repairs on production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment readiness for daily manufacturing.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, with about 4 years of relevant experience, hands-on mindset, and proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
• 4 years of relevant technical experience.
• Hands-on and able to dive into technical details.
• Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of electroplating and wet processing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM, calibration, and conversions as defined in the schedule for individual equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues within the scope of responsibility, escalating when necessary.
• Work on assignments of higher complexity that require sound technical judgment, problem-solving skills, and decision-making.
• Fan out developed knowledge of the job skills and procedures across all similar equipment to improve performance and standardization.
• Guide and train new line technician on equipment maintenance and working procedures.
• Release equipment to production after PM, conversion, or repair activities, ensuring the equipment is in good working condition and meets safety and quality requirements.
• Comply with safety standards set, during machine PM / conversions / repairs / chemical handling.
• Ensure all conversion, PM, and repair activities are completed in accordance with procedures and buy-off checklists.
• To comply strictly to settings defined by process parameter specifications & tolerance.
• Responsible to withdraw spare parts from MPC for machine repairs.
• Responsible to service/repair tooling/jigs/machine parts timely to maintain the spares availability.
