Job summary

RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. within Qualcomm's ecosystem seeks a Machine Maintenance Technician to perform PM, calibrations, and conversions on production equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure equipment readiness for production, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office tools. Experience in electroplating or wet tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
• 3 years of relevant technical experience.
• Possesses technical competencies in his field of study.
• Ability to work independently, be hands-on and dive into technical details as required.
• Experience with computer systems and proficient with MS Power-Point, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of electroplating or wet tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to conduct PM / calibration / conversions as defined in the schedule for individual equipment.
• Responsible to troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues within the scope of responsibility, escalating when necessary.
• Responsible for releasing equipment to production after PM, conversion, or repair activities, ensuring the equipment is in good working condition and meets safety and quality requirements.
• To comply to safety standards set, during machine PM / conversions / repairs / chemical handling.
• Ensure all conversion, PM, and repair activities are completed in accordance with procedures and buy-off checklists.
• To comply strictly to settings defined by process parameter specifications & tolerance.
• Responsible to withdraw spare parts from MPC for machine repairs.
• Responsible to service/repair tooling/jigs/machine parts timely to maintain the spares availability.
• Support engineers in machine setup, qualification, and optimization for new products, materials, and processes, ensuring production readiness.
• Assist engineers in performing complex troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, qualification activities, and improvement projects.
• Provide proper shift handover and communicate equipment status, ongoing issues, and pending actions effectively.
