Qualifications

• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with China-based suppliers and technicians.
• Basic English is required for workplace communication and simple records.
• Prior experience in machine operation, production, warehouse, logistics, F&B manufacturing, or industrial equipment will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working with machinery and in a hands-on operational environment.
• Able to follow safety instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physically fit and willing to assist with lifting, packing, and movement of goods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial equipment used in daily operations.
• Assist with equipment start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and daily checks.
• Monitor operating conditions such as pressure, temperature, timing, and output quality.
• Carry out packing, weighing, labelling, and preparation of goods.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and raise technical issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, technicians, and service personnel on maintenance or troubleshooting matters.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers from China when required.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures when handling machinery, equipment, and goods.
• Support stock movement, loading, unloading, and general warehouse operations.
• Record simple daily operation, equipment, and maintenance logs.
• Assist management in improving workflow, safety, and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Operations & Equipment Support Operator will assist with equipment operation, basic machine monitoring, packing, handling, safety checks, and coordination with suppliers or technicians when required.
