Job summary

CAREER INTERNATIONAL - FOS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable technician to perform daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of factory automated equipment.

The role involves diagnosing faults on Siemens PLC-based lines and ensuring strict LOTO safety compliance. You will support audits, maintain maintenance records, manage spare parts, and take on other tasks as directed. A diploma in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics with at least 2 years of plant maintenance is required, along with

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing plants.
• Basic understanding of PLC logic and robotic systems preferred.
• Strong awareness of industrial safety.
• Good teamwork mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime after hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily maintenance, routine inspection and troubleshooting of factory automated equipment.
• Assist in fault diagnosis for fully automatic production lines equipped with Siemens PLC systems.
• Strictly comply with factory safety regulations, especially the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Support internal and external factory audits (e.g. VDA 6.3) and customer second-party audits; ensure equipment compliance and provide required maintenance records and documents.
• Manage and maintain the spare parts warehouse.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Location/Office: Bulim Square Tower 1

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (Might changed to Rotating Shift 9am-9pm/9pm-9am）OR (7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am)

Compensation: Basic Salary + Performance bonus + OT paid accordingly + Transport Allowance + Meal Allowance
