Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a skilled fullstack engineer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade web applications across the stack. You will work with modern frontend frameworks, backend services, and cloud-native deployments to meet demanding business needs.

Collaborating with UI/UX, product, and operations teams, you will implement scalable components, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS, while maintaining security, performance, and accessibility standards in a fast-paced Agile

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-grade web apps.
• Proficiency in ReactJS/Angular/Vue.js or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices to support business functions and data processing requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system features.
• Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and scalable software components.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Apply frontend engineering best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, performance optimisation, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement secure coding practices and comply with security requirements.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and business users to improve usability and user experience.
• Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support application troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with team members and support knowledge sharing.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in fullstack development and building enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong frontend experience with ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot.
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility, performance optimisation, component-based architecture, and state management.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, API integrations, and microservices.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of secure coding and application security principles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
