Job summary

KIM YEW INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems across building facilities. You will respond to defects promptly, follow safety procedures, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with M&E systems, electrical installations, and air-conditioning maintenance, plus the ability to independently identify faults and perform repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Facilities Management or related technical environment.
• Hands-on maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of M&E systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical installations and air-conditioning systems.
• Ability to identify faults independently and perform repair works.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems for building facilities.
• Respond promptly to defects and service requests while following safety procedures.
• Record maintenance activities and equipment defects for reporting and tracking.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and communicate major defects to supervisors.
• Support servicing of electrical systems and air-conditioning units as needed.
