Job summary

A premier hospitality establishment in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance and addressing guest complaints. Candidates with relevant experience in hospitality preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome, and training will be provided. Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• General repair and maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary systems, Air-conditioning, Ventilation system, Mechanical Equipment and Fire protection system etc
• Perform preventive maintenance work & carry out duty on modification and installation of M&E equipment and appliances
• Attend to guests’ and tenants complaints

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least NTC 3 / NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality preferred
• Entry level ITE candidates are welcome to apply as we will offer training
• Able to commit to shifts, weekends and public holidays
