Job summary

MIRZA M&E ENGINEERING PTE LTD invites candidates to support site supervision and coordination across multiple M&E trades at project sites in Singapore. You will help ensure safety standards are met and contribute to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising ACMV ducting and electrical works, monitoring fire protection and ELV systems, and preparing detailed site measurements and drawings for coordination with Main Contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in any M&E trade to enhance site supervision effectiveness.
• Ability to work at various construction sites islandwide to support project demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities for ACMV and electrical works to ensure installation quality and schedule adherence.
• Oversee fire protection installations to meet safety compliance and readiness.
• Monitor networking/ELV systems site supervision for functional integration.
• Provide accurate site measurements and prepare drawings/reports to assist coordination with Main Contractors.
• Enforce compliance with SS CP5, SS CP13, SS CP10, BCA, and MOM safety regulations.
