Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee M&E construction works on site in Tampines Industrial, ensuring safety, adherence to schedules, and compliance with standards.

You will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate with the site foreman and Project Manager, read AutoCAD drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics, and ensure all works are completed on time with quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in vacuum hook-up works.
• Experience in the semiconductor or construction industry preferred.
• BCSS Certificate preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction site activities in accordance with health and safety guidelines; assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme.
• Work closely with the site foreman on the organisation of construction works and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate and manage building construction M&E site works
• Ensure all M&E works are completed on time and in compliance with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and regulatory compliance on siteRead and interpret AutoCAD drawings, P&IDs, BQs, and isometric sketches
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned
