Lincotrade & Associates Pte Ltd is recruiting for an M&E Site Coordinator in Singapore to review drawings, supervise M&E works, and resolve on-site issues. You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements throughout project execution.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with 1 year of M&E coordination experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project. Immediate start is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 year of M&E project management or coordination experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other PM tools.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems in construction.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Able to start work on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to M&E installations, working closely with the project team to implement solutions.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all M&E work, conducting regular inspections.
• Ensure that all M&E systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
