Job summary

YJ INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to lead coordination with project teams and ensure execution meets the goals, budget, and safety standards. You will help prepare schedules, execution plans and construction methods.

You will work with project managers, safety personnel and subcontractors, oversee drawing management, and attend client and subcontractor meetings to drive project success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction.
• Willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset.
• Outcome oriented and takes ownership of duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to achieve operational excellence and company goals.
• Work with project manager to complete works within schedule, within budget and acceptable quality and safety.
• Prepare project schedule, execution plan, method of construction, installation method etc.
• Collaborate with safety personnel, trades foreman and subcontractors to ensure day-to-day works comply with regulations.
• Oversee drawing management and ensure updated drawings are issued.
• Attend client and subcontractor meetings to achieve the objective of the meeting.
