COOL CONCEPT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator to support M&E projects. You will study M&E drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and liaise with contractors on-site to ensure works meet specifications.

You will monitor progress, attend site meetings with consultants, report issues to the Project Manager, and help keep projects on schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and liaise with Contractors at Job-Site
• Monitor project status and report back to Project Manager (PM)
• Attend site meetings with consultants
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
