Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiar with local codes, practices, and authority submission procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site.
• Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager.
• Maintain and monitor all M&E-related documentation and records.
• Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Supervise and manage M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of work.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors.
• Organize and lead M&E coordination meetings.
• Update and report on M&E progress and issues to the Project Manager.
• Collaborate effectively with site teams.
• Negotiate and seek approval for M&E-related changes.
