Job summary

KION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to assist the PM in taking over awarded projects and to organize resources for tasks across teams and sub-contractors.

You will participate in on- and off-site meetings on technical issues, ensure daily updates to project tools, and oversee proper documentation and commissioning reports.

Preferably with M&E/ACMV project experience and related diplomas; strong MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E or ACMV project coordination preferred.
• Candidates without required academic qualifications will be considered based on project references.
• 1-2 years' experience in construction of M&E or ACMV projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in taking over projects awarded via kick-off meetings.
• Organize resources and allocate tasks to work teams and sub-contractors.
• Assist the PM with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
• Ensure project management tools are updated daily and documentation properly done.
• Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultant's representatives.
• Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and prepare T&C reports.
• Design corrective actions to mitigate scope and schedule creeps.
• Assist the PM in demobilizing and handing over projects to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
