Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is assisting a Singapore-based M&E engineering company to recruit a project coordinator/manager for an end-to-end project execution on a major railway infrastructure program in Singapore.

You will take over awarded projects, develop detailed plans, manage documentation, coordinate with engineering teams, and monitor progress and budget while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related studies.
• Fresh graduates welcome with on-the-job training provided.
• Experience of 1 year in project management is a plus and handling multiple projects is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; good interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Take over awarded projects from tender/sales and drive full project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, schedules, submissions, and lead times.
• Prepare and manage document submissions and approvals from customers.
• Coordinate engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Plan procurement and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate site activities and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Track progress, maintain schedules, and report to stakeholders.
• Manage client communications and expectations; monitor costs and budget.
• Handle change management and progress claims; support testing and handover.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
