Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a project coordinator/manager to oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects in Singapore.

You will participate in meetings, coordinate teams, and ensure work sequences, schedules, and documentation are meticulously managed. The role requires a strong technical background in M&E systems, knowledge of local codes and workplace safety, and excellent communication to collaborate with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and services.
• Good understanding of local codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and propose improvements.
• Evaluate potential problems and develop effective solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and updated project information.
• Supervise ongoing projects and coordinate team members to maintain workflow.
• Manage project-related documentation and properly file and store materials.
• Assist in negotiating subcontractor packages and preparing subcontractor/supplier letters.
• Coordinate site workflow and resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to stay within budget.
• Understand work sequences and project planning strategies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
