Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking a Technical Officer to back the M&E Executives and lead Technicians in delivering reliable building services. You will monitor systems, supervise preventive maintenance, procure parts, and ensure compliance with safety and design specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Services/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the M&E Executives in day-to-day maintenance and operations of building and M&E systems.
• Monitor and supervise preventive maintenance plans and verify works upon completion.
• Procure M&E and building parts for repairs and replacement; manage PTWs and vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to meet timelines and standards; inspect and supervise utilities readings.
• Oversee tenancy fit-out and landlord subdivision works; review submissions and ensure compliance with guidelines.
