Job summary

Vision E&C PTE. LTD. seeks a on-site M&E lead to manage mechanical and electrical works, ensuring design, safety and regulatory compliance in Singapore projects. You will coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to drive progress and address technical issues.

You will supervise subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and participate in technical meetings, shop drawing reviews, inspections, and commissioning activities to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to monitor and report on the progress of M&E works
• Supervise subcontractors' M&E activities to ensure strict adherence to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations
• Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and project specifications throughout all M&E operations
• Collaborate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients to manage technical matters including shop drawing submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning processes
• Diagnose and resolve on-site M&E issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain quality standards
• Participate actively in technical and coordination meetings to align project objectives and resolve cross-functional challenges
• Plan and manage the delivery, storage, and utilization of site materials and equipment to optimize resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Execute any additional duties assigned by the Project Manager and Project Director to support project success
