Job summary

ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Interface Manager for MRT projects in Singapore.

You will lead the coordination of design and construction interfaces, organising meetings with SWCs, CWCs and LTA and ensuring timely resolutions to clashes among civil, structural, and architectural disciplines. The role requires controlling information exchange for CIP, driving sign-offs with SWCs, and maintaining liaison with LTA system-wide contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from a recognised university.
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing interface of design and construction for MRT projects, with understanding of design and approval processes.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to move between site and HQ.
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Organise meetings with SWCs and clients/LTA to deconflict all crashes between civil, structural, and architectural designers.
• Lead and control exchange of information with interfacing contractors for CIP production and sign-off by SWCs.
• Coordinate with SWCs, CWCs and Architecture to resolve coordination blockers and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for IBMS, and with SWCs for MMS registration.
• Oversee interface with LTA system-wide contractors and other LTA contractors.
• Hold regular coordination meetings with LTA system-wide contractors and report action items to Design/Technical/Project Manager for follow-up.
• Lead CSD/SEM drawing development and CCSM with joint sign-off by SWCs and CWCs.
• Prepare/review Trackwork Drawings for submissions (Preliminary, Pre-Final, Final) to SWC for Information Exchange on key dates.
• Arrange interface meetings with SWCs and find solutions.
• Prepare all required documents and reports.

• Lead and control the exchange information with the interfacing Contractors for the production of the coordinated installation programme (CIP) and sign off by SWCs.
• Coordinate with SWC(s), CWCs and Architecture and Resolving coordination 'blocking' points and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with sub-contractor for IBMS, with sub-contractors and SWC for MMS registration.
• Overall responsible for the co-ordination and interface with LTA System wide contractors and other LTA Contractors.
• Hold regular co-ordination meeting with LTA system wide contractor and consolidate the action items and report back to the Design (Technical) Manager/Project manager for follow - up action with concerned parties.
• Leading CSD/SEM Drawing Development and CCSM and joint sign-off the drawings with SWCs and CWCs.
• Prepare/Review Trackwork Drawings for the various submissions process such as Preliminary, Pre-Final, Final and construction to the SWC for Information Exchange within the key dates.
• Arrange coordination/Interface meeting with SWC(s) and find solution.
• Preparation of all required and necessary documents and reports.
