Job summary

You will collaborate with the building manager to monitor M&E projects, deliver complete facility management reports, and supervise technicians and subcontractors to quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma required.
• 3–7 years of facilities management experience.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and work as an individual contributor.
• IBMS/BMS alarm management familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold excellence and high standards in preventive maintenance and conservation.
• Monitor M&E projects with the building manager for quality and timely delivery.
• Deliver complete facility management reports consistently.
• Inspect and supervise technicians and subcontractors for quality work.
• Provide facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services.
• Contribute to achieving financial targets and service levels.
• Serve as 24-hour emergency first responder and adhere to procedures.
• Manage on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations, and civil maintenance.
• Prepare critical spare lists based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Offer engineering assessments to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
• Plan maintenance inventories for in-house teams.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Keep logbooks, checklists, and schedules up-to-date.
• Arrange ad-hoc M&E setups per client requirements.
