Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a facilities manager for data centres to lead client relationships, ensure uptime, and oversee contractor teams at Loyang / Sunview. The role entails planning, documentation, and adherence to CBRE and client standards.

You should have 5–8 years of data centre experience, an electrical background if possible, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Strong English communication and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working in a data center.
• Technical background (Electrical preferred).
• Understands and be able to interpret Electrical Single Line Diagram.
• Knowledge of tools such as Autocad, Microsoft Projects.
• Proficient in communication (Business level of English).
• Flexible mindset to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
• Goal-oriented and a good facilitator.
• Attention to detail and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Structured, reliable, and proactive in taking initiative.
• Maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• DC Provider PPM supervision and custody.
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure delivery in line with standards.
• Handle project management tasks as needed.
• Meeting within the team, other streams, and third parties
