Job summary

The role requires 5–8 years in a data center, an electrical background, knowledge of Autocad and project tools, and a calm, proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to manage subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a data center environment.
• Electrical background preferred and ability to read diagrams.
• Proficiency with Autocad and project planning tools.
• Strong English communication at business level.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and proactive in duties.
• Able to manage client relations and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE's and client's processes, needs, and expectations.
• Plan and document work in detail, following all standards.
• Provide clear leadership and effective communication of contractual obligations.
• Identify opportunities for strategic development and secure contract retention during tender processes.
• Maintain a close professional relationship with the client and provide advice, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Establish good relationship with Client's vendors including Data Center Service Providers.
• Ensure 100% uptime of the facility at all times.
• DC Provider PPM supervision and custody.
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure delivery in line with standards.
• Handle project management tasks as needed.
• Meeting within the team, other streams, and third parties

Requirements:

• Knowledge of tools such as Autocad, Microsoft Projects.
• Proficient in communication (Business level of English)
• Flexible mindset to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
• Goal-oriented and a good facilitator.
