Job summary

Fuku is looking for an M&E Engineer to coordinate and oversee mechanical and electrical works for construction projects in Singapore. You will review drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure installations follow approved drawings and specifications.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in a related field and at least 1 year of M&E experience. Experience with A&A projects and Main Contractors is advantageous. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• You must have a Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.
• Experience with A&A projects is a plus.
• M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E works for construction projects.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works comply with drawings and specs.
• Conduct site inspections and address technical issues and rectifications.
• Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Ensure M&E works meet project requirements and quality standards.
