Job summary

WIDE WINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Services Engineer to study and optimize design for energy performance. The role involves reviewing system efficiency, conducting site surveys, and coordinating project plans to meet client timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years in a consultancy environment, and strong communication skills. A proactive, independent mindset and knowledge of Green Mark Certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from recognised universities.
• At least 5 years of experience in building services consultancy and field.
• Self-driven, independent and resourceful.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to study and optimize building services design and energy performance.
• Review and study the building services design and system efficiency and provide solutions to optimize design and energy reduction.
• Conduct thorough site survey to understand design/provisions and performance, analyse existing or improved building services solutions for operational feasibility.
• Overall project planning and management to meet client timelines and budgets.
• Knowledge & experience in Green Mark Certification and application, familiar with authorities' requirements and submission procedures.
• Assist in managing, planning and coordinating building services engineering works to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
• Any other duties as assigned by department head or supervisor.

1. Collaborate and work together with ateam to study and optimize building services design and energy performance.
2. Review and study the building servicesdesign and system efficiency and able to provide the solution to optimize thedesign and energy reduction.
3. Conduct thorough site survey (able toclimb to roof, scaffold, stairs etc.) to understand the building servicesdesign/provisions and performance, able to analyse existing or improvedbuilding services solutions for operational feasibility.
4. Overall project planning and managementto meet client timeline and budget.
5. Knowledge & experience in Green MarkCertification and application, familiar with current relevant authorities’r requiremen ts and submission procedures will be advantageous.
6. Assist in managing, planning andcoordinating building services engineering works to meet time, cost and qualityobjectives.
7. Any other duties as and when assigned bythe department head or supervisor-in-charge.

JOB REQUIREMENT
