Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Engineer to coordinate and oversee M&E works on construction projects in Singapore. The role requires reviewing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on‑time, compliant deliveries.

The candidate should have a Diploma or above in a related field and at least 1 year of M&E经验. Main contractor experience is preferred, with strong knowledge of M&E systems and site coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services
• Minimum 1 year of M&E engineering experience
• A&A project experience is an advantage
• Experience with a Main Contractor is preferred
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and site coordination

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E works for construction projects.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.
• Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems.
• Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards and regulations.

• Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination and construction processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
