Job summary

Bescon Engineering Services is seeking an engineer with a strong background in mechanical/electrical building services. The role involves design, tender documentation, and on-site verification to ensure project success.

The position requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work independently with good communication skills. Singapore-based duties and site visits are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schematic / concept and detailed design.
• Preparation of tender drawing/specifications & cost estimates.
• Attend project meetings, site meetings & site inspections.
• Review of shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Contract administration.
• Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
