Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Coordinator to manage site-based M&E coordination on construction projects.

You will prepare shop drawings, review drawings, and coordinate submissions with main contractors and other trades. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services and familiarity with M&E coordination, combined services drawings, and BOQ preparation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry is advantageous.
• Able to prepare and interpret shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Familiarity with M&E services coordination, combined services drawings, and material BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit shop drawings and as-built drawings according to project requirements.
• Prepare material BOQ and coordinate material submissions.
• Ensure drawings, materials, and related documents are submitted on schedule.
• Coordinate M&E works with main contractors, other trade contractors, and project teams.
• Review drawings and resolve coordination clashes, site issues, and complaints.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and schedules.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities and project schedules.
• Attend project and coordination meetings when required.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, submissions, and project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat: 8:30am - 1:00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
