Responsibilities

• Oversee all mechanical and electrical site installations to ensure projects finish on time and meet standards.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost quotations for tenders and contract bids.
• Review technical drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and safety requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges during construction.
• Draft and submit progress claims and running bills for review by stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project records, including quality checklists, submittals, and progress reports.
• Track design modifications to update budget projections and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
