Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) professional to coordinate and manage all M&E works across civil projects. You will supervise safety, review drawings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality and on-time completion.

The role requires a degree/diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering with 3–5 years of construction experience, ideally with airport project exposure.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a preference for civil projects.
• Experience in airport projects is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with a proven ability to manage field staff and technical tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Results-oriented team player with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Prepare and submit material and sample submissions for approval.

• Assist with the preparation of E&M niche drawings and temporary design drawings.

• Support the Design Manager and Project Director with urgent M&E-related works.
• Attend project meetings, assist in conducting coordination meetings, and document meeting minutes.
• Maintain proper document control and filing for all M&E-related documents.
• Resolve M&E-related technical issues and discrepancies on site.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
