Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a permanent M&E Drafter & BIM Modeller in the Northeast region, near Punggol Coast. The role focuses on producing M&E drawings using AutoCAD/Revit and supporting BIM modelling for building services.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years' relevant experience and a solid grasp of local Singapore codes. Office hours, on-site work, and potential for bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of M&E drafting/BIM modelling experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of local codes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update M&E drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Assist in BIM modelling for building services (sanitary, plumbing, gas systems).
• Support engineers in developing design drawings from instructions.
• Assist in submitting drawings to authorities (PUB, City Gas, Sewerage, etc.).
• Coordinate with engineers on drawing updates and revisions.
• Assist in documentation and basic project coordination.
• Participate in site visits if required.
