Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking an experienced senior professional for a newly created Group M&A, Corporate Finance & Value Creation role at Associate Director level in Singapore. You will drive financial modelling, market benchmarking, and strategic analyses to support value creation and investment decisions.

Responsibilities include leading M&A projects end-to-end, presenting to senior management, and collaborating with regional teams to align on strategic rationale and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in in-house corporate finance / M&A or investment banking.
• Proven deal experience and strong market understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA and macros are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-suite M&A responsibilities across deals.
• Develop and present strategies, valuation scenarios, and risk assessments to management.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders and manage multiple projects concurrently.
