M&A Operations Associate — Driving Deal Value

Job summary

PwC Singapore seeks an Experienced Associate for Merger & Acquisition Operations (DDV) within Deals Advisory. You will join a diverse team delivering due diligence, integration, and value creation across multiple functions.

You’ll work with private equity investors and corporate leaders, applying analytical thinking and project management to drive post-deal success. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university.
• 1-3 years experience in M&A or Divestitures, including pre-deal diligence and integration planning.
• Strong understanding of operating models, products and services; data migrations are a plus.
• Ability to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities from limited information.
• Ability to digest large amounts of information and extract key messages.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of financial results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to tell a compelling story.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Work directly with private equity investors & corporate C-suite.
• Support business development—identify and research opportunities with new or existing clients.
• Handle roles from pre-deal due diligence to value creation and post-deal integration.
• Contribute to carve-out, post-merger integration, and finance/operations process improvements.
