Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance or economics.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in investment banking / corporate finance is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and accounting fundamentals.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions from origination to closing.
• Build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses using Excel.
• Design and prepare client meeting documents covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
