Job summary

BDA Partners is seeking an Analyst Intern in Singapore to assist cross-border M&A transactions across Asia. The role focuses on project management, execution support, and preparing presentation materials to communicate key messages to clients and counterparties.

Responsibilities include research, financial model prep, valuation analysis, and drafting pitch books and marketing documents. Strong analytical skills and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in finance or banking is highly desirable.
• Priority will be given to candidates in their penultimate year at university.

Responsibilities

• Support deal teams with a wide variety of tasks around M&A mandates.
• Conduct research and analysis for target profiles, industry and buyer analyses, and valuation.
• Assist drafting pitch books and marketing materials such as teasers and information memorandums.
• Attend meetings with clients and counterparties and prepare concise notes.
