Job summary

Wristime Luxury Watches in Singapore invites you to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. You will learn about important references, build knowledge of collectible timepieces, and grow as a luxury retail professional through hands-on training.

No prior watch industry experience is required; we provide structured product training and guidance to help you succeed in a high-end sales setting.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail or client servicing preferred.
Training will be provided; watch industry experience not required.
Confident, personable, and able to engage with clients.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Well-presented with service-oriented attitude.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Eagerness to learn about luxury watches and collectible references.

Responsibilities

Deliver a personalised and professional client experience across in-store and online channels.
Conduct client appointments and assist with watch selections, purchases and enquiries.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients and follow up on sales opportunities.
Prepare watches for client viewings and online listings.
Prepare watches for listings, packaging and shipment to clients.
Assist with after-sales matters and client follow-ups.
Maintain a polished and professional boutique environment.
