Job summary

Watch Exchange Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly, well-presented receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You will welcome guests, handle calls and registrations, and provide administrative support while assisting the Sales team with enquiries and appointments.

Working location is Far East Plaza, Orchard, with hours from 10:30am to 7:30pm. This role requires a 5-day work week, with weekend and public holiday shifts; prior customer service or retail experience is

Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
Well-presented with a positive and professional attitude.
Organised, responsible and able to multitask.
Customer service or retail experience will be an advantage.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception area and attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
Handle customer registration and basic administrative duties.
Assist the Sales team with customer enquiries and appointments.
Coordinate incoming visitors, deliveries and general office matters.
Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
Maintain a neat, organised and welcoming reception area.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
