Job summary

Guerlain SEA team, based in Singapore, is seeking a Retail Manager to act as the Retail Expert coordinating with Commercial and local operators to manage airports, shop-in-shops and boutiques in TR environments. You will lead a team of sales ambassadors, drive O2O customer experience, ensure brand image and service standards, and deliver sales targets while training staff and expanding boutique presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years of multi-store management experience.
• Travel Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive airport stores, shop-in-shops and boutique sales to meet targets.
• Set and monitor daily to monthly sales objectives for teams.
• Use Sell-out reports, Power BI and POS data to improve results.
• Ensure brand image, service level and store presentation standards.
• Coach and develop Sales Ambassadors and oversee daily field presence.
